Refund policy

Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. 
Please keep in mind it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
